Terms of Service
Effective date: October 24, 2026
These terms apply to Cli.py Creator Studio, a hosted service operated by QuantumCore Systems (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Cli.py.
What Cli.py does
Cli.py lets creators authorize their own TikTok account, select and preview a video, configure the available post settings, and expressly confirm a request to publish the video to their TikTok profile feed through TikTok’s Content Posting API. TikTok’s documented Content Posting API does not provide Stories publishing. TikTok controls whether a request is eligible, how it is processed, and the resulting post visibility.
Your account and content
Connect only a TikTok account you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for protecting your devices and account access. You must own the video and other material you submit or have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents required to upload it, including for music, images, and people appearing in it.
Review the target TikTok creator, video, caption, privacy level, interaction settings, and commercial disclosures before you consent to publish. You are responsible for your content and your choices. Follow applicable law, TikTok’s terms, Community Guidelines, developer rules, and Content Posting API policies. Do not use Cli.py to access accounts without authorization, infringe rights, mislead others, evade platform controls, or publish unlawful content.
TikTok services
Your use of TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API is also governed by TikTok’s applicable terms and policies. TikTok may reject, delay, restrict, remove, or change access to content and API features. We do not control TikTok and cannot guarantee that a post will be accepted, published, or visible by a particular time.
Availability and changes
Cli.py is provided on an as-available basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the service. You may disconnect an account in Creator Studio and revoke Cli.py’s access through TikTok’s account settings. Disconnecting deletes the authorization and status records held by Cli.py; it does not delete TikTok posts or revoke access through TikTok for you.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cli.py is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by applicable law, QuantumCore Systems is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Cli.py or TikTok services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version and effective date. For questions about Cli.py, contact hello@quantumcore.systems.
